Enrolment Information
Apply Now!Enrolment Zone
Our school zone is available on findmyschool.vic.gov.au which hosts the most up-to-date information on school zones in Victoria.
Students residing within our school zone are guaranteed a place at our school, which is determined on the basis of your permanent residential address.
Our school manages enrolments using the Placement Policy to ensure that students have access to their designated neighbourhood school and may enrol at another school, if there are available places.
For more information, you can:
- visit School zones for answers to frequently asked questions
- call the School Provision and Establishment Division via the Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA) on 1800 896 950
- email the VSBA at vsba@education.vic.gov.au
Enrolment Restriction
Our school has an enrolment restriction under section 2.2.16 of the Education and Training Reform Act 2006 (Vic). The restriction limits Prep-Grade 6 enrolments for the 2026 school year.
Our school will accept enrolments from:
- students who live within the school zone
- students with a sibling attending the school at the same time
- students enrolling on compassionate grounds, in exceptional circumstances.
Depending on available places, our school may be able to accept a limited number of out-of-zone enrolments according to next closest to the school.
The department will review this enrolment restriction yearly and provide updated advice as necessary for the subsequent school year.

How to Enrol
*For Prep Enrolments, please see the Prep Enrolments page.
Step 1
Contact the main office on 03 5929 8222 to enquire about your child’s enrolment.
To find out if you are considered in-zone or out-of-zone, read about our enrolment zone above.
To initiate an enrolment we will ask you to complete a Student Application Form.
Step 2
Enrolment Documentation
All student enrolments must be formalised in one of two ways:
- Students coming from overseas, interstate or from outside of the government school system (i.e. private school) should apply via the VicStudents enrolment portal. Directions on how to navigate this platform are available in our Digital Enrolment Parent Carer Guide.
- Students coming from another Government school are asked to complete a Form to Enrol.
With all applications, families are required to provide copies of the following supporting documentation:
- Birth Certificate (English translated)
- Immunisation Form from the Australian Immunisation Register
- Proof of Residence (Tenancy Agreement, Contract of Sale, Builders Contract or Council Rates Notice) See Enrolment 100 Point Address Checklist for a list of the accepted forms of evidence.
- Medical Management Plans (Asthma and Anaphylaxis)
- Documentation for any Wellbeing alerts (Intervention Orders and additional learning support needs)
- Visa Grant Notice from the Department of Immigration*
*All copies of student visas must be provided to the School as part of the enrolment process. The student’s eligibility for enrolment is based on the visa of the student and then in the second instance the family or parent. Depending on the status and visa number, students may need to apply through the Victorian Schools International Division.
*Please note that applications will not be reviewed until all of the above documents are received.
Step 3
Once we receive your full application, we will review it and finalise it in one of two ways:
- Students coming from overseas, interstate or from outside of the government school system (i.e. private school) who have applied via VicStudents will be offered a place via the portal. You will need to accept/decline this offer via the portal and complete the second phase of the application before we can complete your enrolment.
- Students coming from another Government school once offered a place, are asked to notify their current school via email, and we will work with their Administration team to complete the enrolment via data transfer.
